Plan Your VisitShai Eden Farms is a small-scale permaculture farm on 20 wooded acres at the end of Oakfield Point in Dunnellon, Florida — just minutes from Crystal River and the Nature Coast.
We integrate food forests, berry plantings, animal systems, and native habitat to create a living landscape that supports both production and regeneration. Visitors are welcome to walk the trails, pick berries in season, meet the animals, and experience the quiet beauty of this Florida forest farm.
Previously known as Gan Eden, the farm continues its focus on regenerative practices, agritourism, and sharing the land with the community.
Seasonal u-pick opportunities for blackberries, blueberries, and other berries as plantings mature. Check back or contact us for current availability and picking days.

Shai Eden Farms hosts seasonal events, workshops, and community gatherings. Past events have included the Blue Moon Festival with live music, u-pick, and farm-made goods.
